This Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") is made this day of.     between RAAK Arts

and Science College, Perambai, with principal office mentioned above ("Institutional Partner") and AirMedia Broadcast Solutions Pvt Ltd, a Private Limited Company with a principal office at SF No. 90, door No.1/6,1/7,3rd floor, KP square, Thiruvalluvar street, Coimbatore- 641006.

AirMedia Broadcast Solutions Pvt Ltd is engaged in the business of providing Consulting Services Professional Training Services, and Internship opportunities and

AirMedia Broadcast Solutions Pvt Ltd, Institutional Partner desires to retain Company to perform Training & Internship services.

Both Parties share the common interest of providing holistic learning and education opportunities for students to learn relevant skills and in project-based learning to enhance their future career prospects.

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, terms and conditions and understandings set forth in this Agreement and other good and valuable consideration this Agreement (hereinafter called the "MOU"), effective as of 20/03/23s entered into by and between AirMedia Broadcast Solutions Pvt Ltd and Institutional Partner, and is subject to the terms and conditions specified below.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

This Agreement is valid for an five years extended up to seven years from the date of execution and is renewable for further additional periods through a written Addendum duly signed by both the parties at the time of renewal,

INVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Internship opportunities for the candidates

Industry Training sessions for the students

INSTITUTIONAL PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES

a) The Institutional Partner will forward the interested students for internships offered by

AirMedia Broadcast Solutions Pvt Ltd
